Feature Requests

For some reason I no longer receive mystery packs when I should do. I receive the notifications but they do not appear in my rewards anymore strangely. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and logged in and out but this hasn’t fixed things. Please can anyone help?

You’re still showing Greggs Rewards as “coming back soon”. It’s been quite a few months now since you last had this open. Will you be deleting this and any others if they are discontinued from the app.

You have many so called Rewards whereby you spend Loyalty Points to get them, however I can get the same rewards just by signing up to the account subscription services. Where is the benefit in spending Loyalty Points?

The last 5 or 6 games have counted as check ins, but the scores are no longer showing on the memories page. It takes a lot away from the app when things like that no longer work

I got 5/5 on the latest FIVES prediction but it doesn’t look like I got my reward.

Rewards suck at the moment, need more merchandise like jumpers and tracksuits and club branded stuff. Massive range would be nice.

Fans will be able to create/edit any missing/incorrect match data on FanHub, for example pre-season friendlies and historic games.

3 times in the past 4 or 5 games I've had a certain play for a super sub and I've not had the point for it, i get it's late in the game but it's pointless if you don't give it.

Are any of the rewards available to be used/shipped to the US? Seems everything is select doesn't ship to the US and is wasted
